The Seeders Capacity Building Workshop trains Rural Professionals to become resource persons for promoting Rural Women Entrepreneurship (WE) and introduces the fellows/ trainees to the tools of Rural Entrepreneurship (Gram- Preneurs) promotion and Rural Eenterprise Mmanagement.
Workshop Description
The workshop will enable rural development professionals to mobilise rural women (individuals/groups), motivate them towards Grampreneurship, train them on the benefits of Grampreneurship, and set up individual/group enterprises in rural spaces.
This workshop will also introduce the trainees to various tools for development of Grampreneurship in their respective regions. The fellows will not just be able to plan a rural enterprise development program but guide and handhold existing Grampreneurs to effectively and efficiently run and scale up their enterprises.
The trainees who complete the fellowship program will be equipped to entrepreneurially run Entrepreneurship programs or lead the entrepreneurship support programs in grassroots organisations.
This workshop has been designed as an experiential journey incorporating elements like:
- New learning content covered each week (new ideas and frameworks)
- Individual reflection and application in your own context (practice and apply with real-world scenarios)
- Collaborative Learning (optional opportunities to receive feedback from other participants and work in groups)
Learning Objectives
On completion the fellows will learn:

Rationale of Dhriiti’s vision of “Seeding Grampreneurs” and the relevance of Grampreneurship (for Women)

Roles and responsibilities of a Seeder or a grassroots entrepreneurship support professional

Mobilizing and identifying Women Grampreneurs (individuals & SHGs leaders) for the project

Ideation and business planning (includes costing, pricing, cash flow management and business planning) for nano and micro businesses

Requirements
